the price of shipping and handling for cd orders by email or paypal is as follows:
within the contiguous united states:
$5.00 for each cd
outside the united states, alaska, and hawaii:$6.00 for each cd
ordering downloads:
if you order a download version of one of our cds, you will receive an email with directions for downloading. you will not be charged shipping and handling.
